Simply put this tele has everything you could want tonally from a rosewood tele! Lots of steely bite and string definition in all pickup positions which is nicely balanced by the warmth and roundedness of the rosewood board. The bridge pickup has plenty of spanky twang while the neck pickup has that classic, round flutey tone with plenty of chime. There is really no other way to say it, this guitar has “the sound” heard on many classic country and rock records from the sixties.
