The Marc Bolan Les Paul is based on the iconic Les Paul Model guitar that accompanied Marc's all too short but very influential career. Bolan is best known for breathing new life into the early 70's rock scene as the founder of what would later be known as the "Glam Rock" movement. His music and style have endured to help shape rock and roll since his brief time among the world's truly elite players and writers. The Marc Bolan Les Paul captures the guitar in its most well-known incarnation: Marc's 'DYI" refinish of the top (coined "Bolan Chablis"), Les Paul Model body (50's LP Standard Specs) and Black Les Paul Custom neck.
