Serial Number Video What does this mean?
This Reverend Reeves Gabrels model is in mint condition. No fretwear, dings or scratches and it comes with the original Reverend hardshell case in excellent condition. The tremolo on this guitar works exceptionally well, it has amazing clean sounds and overdrives with great sustain and throttle.
Reverend has teamed up with David Bowie/Tin Machine/solo guitar legend Reeves Gabrels for a new signature guitar. The guitar covers Reeves' requirements for a versatile solidbody that can cover everything from high-gain shred to avant garde rock to heavy blues. Clarity with Power! That's what Reeves wanted and that's what he got. Reverend yanked the cover off the Reverend bridge humbucker for increased output and treble response. Then dropped a Dimarzio Fast Track 1 pickup in the neck position, which offers single-coil like definition but with more mids and no hum. And the tone control is a push-pull phase switch for really pushing the tonal boundries. The solid korina body and trans finished flame maple top deliver resonance and style. The pickup selector is actually a toggle-style switch that can be rotated at an angle to suit the player. A traditional-meets-modern masterpiece for players who want the best of both worlds.
