What is your return policy?
We allow a 48 hour approval period. In the event of a return, the buyer pays shipping both ways. The instrument must be returned in original condition as it was shipped with all hang tags, certificates and warranty cards.

We are open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Time. We are closed on Sundays and major US holidays.

Do you carry other brands not listed on your web site?
We carry many other brands we cannot mention on the Web. Please contact us for further information on these products.

How accurate are the images on your site compared to the actual instruments?
We strive to represent the instruments we sell as accurately as we possibly can. Unfortunately due to certain limitations of digital media such as variances in monitor resolution and color depth, we cannot guarantee the images are exactly the color you see on your computer screen. The images are optimized for web use, and are color corrected to be as true as possible to the actual instrument. It should be noted that Mac and Windows computers render certain colors very differently. In some cases, that means a color will be accurately rendered on one display, but not the other.

Can I download images from your site?
Yes, you may download images from our site for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Any violation of this policy will be considered a violation of our copyrights and appropriate action will be taken.

If I buy an instrument from you, will you remove the images of it from your site?
At your request, we will remove the corresponding page with images of the instrument(s) you purchase, otherwise we will mark them as sold and remove them at our discretion.

I just consigned an instrument with Wildwood. When will it post on your website?
Photos of used and consignment gear will be posted on the site in the order it is received into inventory. Rest assured we are working diligently to present your guitar to our valued customers in an attractive and timely fashion.

Yes we will take special orders on certain items. Please call us for more information.

What is your layaway policy?
We have a 60 day layaway, but we are always willing to be flexible under special circumstances. If you need to make special layaway arrangements, please give us a call.

Do you carry any other instruments besides guitars?
We are primarily a guitar specialty shop, but we do carry many other instruments such as banjos, mandolins, electric basses and amplifiers. We also carry thousands of other guitar related products and accessories. If you don't see it on our website, please call us for availability!

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards, as well as personal checks, money orders and bank wire transfers. If you need to initiate a wire transfer, call us for details.

We ship via Fed Ex or UPS. If you need to make other arrangements for shipping, please let us know.
